Narrative:

Our efforts since the last Region 3 Committee meeting have been focused on producing a
successful SoutheastCon meeting in Memphis, March 31-April 2, 2006. We have, however, found
time for active participation in National Engineers Week activities last month.

After we gather our breath from SoutheastCon, we plan to launch into another full year of
technical meetings and professional activities for our membership.

We are especially excited about the potential formation of a another student branch in the
Jackson, TN area with leadership from Union University there.

We are also the parent section to a new multi-section chapter of the Education Society
which is in the process of forming this year.

We look forward to everyone coming to visit us later this month! You'll have a great time!
