The first issue of 2006 was distributed to all Region 3 members in February. The remaining
three issues will be in electronics format only. Here are the target publication and
articles due dates for the next three issues: 

Volume Number 2 - 2006:
       Target Publication Date: May 2006 
       Deadline: April 15, 2006

Volume Number 3 - 2006: 
       Publication Date: August 2006 
       Deadline: June 30, 2006

Volume Number 4 - 2006: 
       Target Publication Date: November 2006 
       Deadline: September 30, 2006
