Also available on the web (linked from the agenda) are the minutes of
the January 2006 ExCom meeting minutes which were distributed after the
meeting. The official approval of the minutes is on the agenda. The last
e-conf of the ExCom was not an official meeting so we neither approved
minutes nor created minutes. There is a log of that caucus on-line for
your information.

In support of the Region 3 initiatives I have set up basecamp project
areas for each initiative group to post their plans and manage their
projects from.
