The Central Tennessee Section generally holds monthly meetings except
during the summer months, and these meetings include joint quartely
meetings with the Music City Power Quality Group. Our membership is
located throughout the middle Tennessee area which is a large
geographical area, and this large area is a challenge when planning
meetings. Meetings are typically held at the Tennessee Engineering
Center in Nashville except for two meetings per year which we attempt to
hold in Cookeville, where the Tennessee Technological University Student
Chapter is located, and in the Tullahoma area, where many of our members
work at the US Air Force's Arnold Engineering and Development Center
(AEDC) or supporting employers. Two other student chapters are active at
Tennessee State University and Vanderbilt University here in Nashville.
