SoutheastCon 2006

SEC06 Committee is closer to paying its last obligations. After the
obligations are cleared, the CBA will be closed and the closing report
prepared for HQ.
 
SoutheastCon 2007

SEC07 Committee is going full throttle. Technical papers are just days
way. Each of you should reserve time to attend.
 
SoutheastCon 2008

All SEC08 activities are on track. We look for Keith’s report to follow.
 
SoutheastCon 2009

Committee is forming and plans to submit a bid.
 
SoutheastCon 2010

We expect the host section to submit their proposal for hosting SEC10.
Pending a successful proposal, the SEC10 Committee will begin hotel
negotiations, etc in preparation of the conference.
 
Southcon

The Southcon Committee has planned no conference for 2007. All future
plans are under evaluation per Jim Beall’s earlier report to this body.
 
A local conference, seminar, or workshop is a good way to improve the
value of membership to your members. Think about the power you have in
your hands.
