Also available on the web (linked from the agenda) are the minutes of
the August 2006 ExCom meeting minutes which were distributed after the
meeting. The official approval of the minutes is on the agenda.

In support of the Region 3 initiatives I have set up basecamp project
areas for each initiative group to post their plans and manage their
projects from.  It has not gotten a lot of use as of yet but is 
available if useful to project teams who are working on these
initiatives.

A Region 3 Volunteer Blog test has been established.  If you have content
that should be considered for this blog, please send it to me.  The blog
is at https://ieeer3.blogspot.com/ and one can subscribe to an RSS feed
to it.
