Virginia Council

 There are no activities to report during this period, except that all
 four Virginia sections are actively supporting SoutheastCon 2007. Member
 sections are holding their monthly meetings. Meeting attendance is low
 and efforts to boost attendance are on going. The Richmond section is
 seeing a surge of interest in the PES chapter seminars. The last seminar
 was held November 29, system grounding. Attendance was 60 people.
