Memphis Section Report to the IEEE Region 3 EXCOM

The Memphis Section has enthusiastically ended its 2006 administrative
year!

First of all, we wrapped up a very successful SoutheastCon 2006 since
the meeting in Atlanta.  The surplus funds have been transferred to
Region 3.  (Don't spend it all in one place!)

Secondly, all of our Society Chapters have met their meeting activity
requirements for the year.  There was an administrative problem at HQ
that delayed the formation of a multi-section chapter of the Education
Society, but that should be established in January.

Lastly, we have conducted our elections, with the following officers
for 2007:
