With the start of the new year, please make sure your OU has reported its
officers.

Officer reporting should be

  1. To Operations Center using the web form
https://ewh.ieee.org/forms/scs/interactofficer.php

  2. Send a note to Director McClure (g.mcclure@ieee.org) and
     your area/council chair (see below) copying me (d.green@ieee.org)

  3. Make sure that your section's mailing list (r3-section_name@ieee.org)
     points to the right folks for good communications on the Region
     Committee.  As a minimum, this should be the Section Chair.

  4. Make sure your Section and Area/Council Web Sites are updated with
     this new information.
