Subject:  Past Director Report & N & A Committee Report


The Region 3 N & A Committee has solicited and has received nominations and
agreements to serve on 2008 Region 3 standing committees and ad hoc
assignments.

The N & A Committee is working with Director-Elect Ratcliff to announce
assignments at the October Region 3 Meeting in Birmingham.

The Region nominated Eric Ackerman, Don Hill and Lee Stogner as candidates
for Region 3 Delegate-Elect/Director-Elect, 2008-2009.

Final 2008 ExCom appointments will depend on results of the 1 November 2007
IEEE Annual Election.  Be sure to cast your ballot.
