REGION 3 OPERATIONS MANUAL (rev 8-23-07)
The latest and final 2007 revision of the R3 Operations Manual is available 
on the R3 SPC web site at URL:

On 17 September 2007, notification was sent to the R3 ExCom and R3 Committee 
informing them that:
(1). The R3 ExCom will be requested to endorse this revision at their 24 
September 2007 meeting and
(2). The R3 Committee will be requested to approve this revision at their 29 
October 2007 meeting in Birmingham.
Subject to the endorsement and approval, this revision will replace the 
existing manual on the R3 web site.

REGION 3 STRATEGIC PLAN
The Region 3 Strategic Plan has been updated, approved and is available on 
the R3 Web Site at:
https://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/sp2007-master.pdf

REGION 3 BYLAWS
The Region 3 Bylaws have been updated for 2007, endorsed by R3 ExCom, 
approved by the R3 Committee, approved by RAB and are available on the R3 
web site at URL:
https://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/Region3Bylaws.htm


SPC GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
With the endorsement and approval of the R3 Operations Manual (rev 8-23-07) 
all of the SPC Goals and Objectives (see: 
https://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/spc/g-o07.txt ) will have been completed 
except for holding a SPC e-conference.  We encourage all SPC members to 
attend the R3 ExCom e-conference meetings rather than holding a separate 
e-conference.
