Subject: IEEE R3 ExCom - SPC Report for 1/19/2008 Meeting

The SPC 2008 Goals and Objectives are in-process but have not been finalized at this time.

Director Ratcliff has agreed to serve as our SPC mentor.  Bob Duggan continues to serve as the SPC Vice-Chair.

The SPC has been working with Director Ratcliff in identifying and assigning mentors for all Region 3 Standing Committees.
A list of the mentors and committees will be published as soon as the list has been finalized.

The SPC continues to monitor the transition of the Regional Activity (RA) to Member and Geographic Activities (MGA) for
possible impact and changes to our Region 3 Governing Documents (Strategic Plan, Bylaws, and Operations Manual).
