Hi Everyone,

I hope this finds you well and not fighting off the "bug" that has hit our
family. I have a couple of items of information in preparation for the Region 3
ExCom meeting tomorrow evening 2/25/2008 at 9:00PM EST.

The deadline for filing the Section Reports to receive a bonus is Friday 29
February. Almost all of you have sent in your reports... Great job. The status
can be found at ...

For those geographic units still lacking some of the reporting information
please try and complete as soon as possible.

There are still a few Sections that have not filled all of their vacant
positions especially the MD Chair. With the transformation to Member and
Geographic Activities paradigm as well as the continuation of Membership
Recruitment and Recovery operations it is important to fill them as soon as
practicable.

According to the Officer Reporting the following sections have vacancies:

 Evansville-Owensboro Section
 Louisville Section
 Mobile Section
 Central North Carolina Section
 Charlotte Section
 Coastal South Carolina Section
 Columbia Section
 Canaveral Section
 Jacksonville Section
 Virginia Mountain Section

Any help that you can provide these sections is most appreciated.
