Flat World/Member Development Report for February 2008 Region 3 ExCom

Bob Duggan's doctor has recommended he reduce his numerous professional 
responsibilities.  I have thus accepted Bob's and Director Ratcliff's 
request that I take the helm of the Flat World Initiative, as it closely 
relates to the Membership Life Cycle Models study group in which I've been 
involved.  Bob will of course continue to help with the initiative as he is 
able.

Director Ratcliff has proposed that the Flat World Committee be reorganized 
with Charles Lord's committee to become Member Development.  (Not Membership 
Development)  That process is still under development.
