Subject: IEEE R3 ExCom - SPC Report for 5/19/2008 Meeting

The SPC has been working with Director Ratcliff and the Project Team in the
development of guidelines to be used by the committees chairs within the
Region 3 Executive Committee in the development of their respective Tactical
Plans and Objectives for 2008.  A folder "Projects - 2008" has been
established on the Region 3 Form community to inform and store information
about the Tactical Plans and Projects.  You are invited to take a look at
this work in progress.  You will hear a lot more about the Tactical Plans
and Projects at the R3 ExCom meeting Monday night, May 19.
