SEC08: No additional information about closing and balancing financials.
Expect full closing asap.

SEC09: Continued planning for your attendance in ATL. Hotel contract
complete and reviewing with new hotel personnel; Planning registration
using commercial software and vendor; Registration contract pending;
Adding new people to committee and adjusting responsibilities as needed.

SEC10: Continued planning. Hotel contract arrived today and is under
review; Expect hotel contract to HQ in week.

SEC11: Hotel proposal under review. All other items seem in place.

SouthCON: no report
