Sections Congress appeared to me to be a success.  Congratulations to all
the MGA and presenters who worked hard to make it an engaging experience.
The IEEE.tv folks produced a recap of the conference for the close 
of the event which is now posted at
https://www.ieee.org/web/membership/IEEEtv/about.html

Since 1998, the Region 3 ExCom meeting announcements, agendas, and minutes
have been posted to the web under the structure
https://ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/excom/meetings . Under this space is a directory
yyyy-mm or yyyy-m1m2 (yyyy is year, mm is month, m1m2 is month 1 and month
2 if the meeting spanned the boundary between months).  In addition to other
uses, the reports are used by our Special Review committee in evaluating the 
effectiveness of Region 3 functions.

Thanks to everyone for the commitment you have made towards making IEEE a valuable
member-driven organization!

I like to thank Gregg Vaughn who has agreed to serve as Assistant Secretary for 
the next year.
