Report of N&A Committee

The N&A Committee issued in December a call for nominations from the floor
to augment its recommended slate for 2010-2011 Director-Elect. There were
no further nominations received.

Therefore, the slate of nominees will be offered for action and Excom
approval at Monday's e-Conference. The Excom-approved slate will be offered
to the Region meeting in Atlanta for approval.

The slate includes Dr. Eric Ackerman and Professor David Green. Both have
agreed to stand as candidates for the office, and each is willing to serve
if elected.

The N&A Committee consists of Jim Howard, Bill Harrison, and the
undersigned.
