Report of Southcon

Southcon has distributed all of it's funds to the owners, Region 3, Florida Council and ERA. The bank account has been closed.

Southcon is still in existence. If another show is to be produced the Southcon
Board will will have to obtain funds from their sponsor organizations. The
Service Mark and the web site are still in existence.
