Region 3 Public Information Report

A display is being planned for the 2009 SoutheastCon event in Atlanta Georgia. It will
include a special photo display featuring Region 3 activities and participation at Sections
Congress 2008 in Quebec City, Canada. Other Region 3 materials will also be on display.
Attendees are invited to visit the display while at SoutheastCon.

Sections are invited and encouraged to bring samples of their newsletters and other
materials for display at the Region 3 Public Information exhibit table at SoutheastCon 2009
in Atlanta, GA. This will provide a means for sharing information among the 41 sections in
Region 3.

Photographs made at SoutheastCon 2009 will be posted on the Region 3 Web Page, and used forthe Region 3 Newsletter.
