Motion

Region 3 Committee moves to endorse the ExCom recommendation/action of 
awarding SoutheastCon 2013 to Jacksonville Section.  The conference will 
be April 4-8, 2013.

Background

The awarding of SoutheastCon 2013 has been recommended by the Conference
Committee and approved by the Region 3 ExCom.
