Provided GOLD information at a larger scale than an Affinity Group level by introducing Region 3 ExCom members, Section Chairs, GOLD AG chairs, Student Chairs, Student Coordinators with an information of what other GOLD MGA groups and regions are involved with, how having GOLD AG can help bridge the gap in continuing membership after graduation, what kind of other GOLD programs the members can get involved with. This was done in July, 2009 by inviting our guest speaker SOON Wan who was 2009 MGA Past GOLD chair, co-founder of Humanitarian efforts. 4. Embrace "Leading by Example" leadership style by getting involved with GOLD Humanitarian efforts to lead and show the path to the rest of Region 3 GOLD chairs and young engineers how they can get involved. 5. Revived Atlanta GOLD AG activities by co-hosting a second GOLD Humanitarian Seminar in Atlanta with Region 3 PACE. 6. Attended and gave speech, share experience, best practices and lessons learned at Boston Humanitarian workshop in Oct, 2009.   Challenges:   1. Encouragement to form GOLD AG in areas with high volume students (such as Miami, FL) 2.
