I hope everyone is planning to attend SoutheastCon and I am looking forward to
seeing you once again. The path ahead  looks to be most interesting and filled
with many challenges to discuss.

I currently am working on two areas for Region 3 Nominations and Appointments:

- The development of a methodology to track the emergence of future leaders and
possible Region 3 positions that will aid in their growth and development.

- Beginning the search for candidates for Region 3 Director-Elect 2012-2013.
