You may expect your Browser to be re-directed to another web site.  I am using a
product called DropBox to make it easier for me to update the Region 3 web site
whereever I happen to be at the time.  After the meeting, the contents of the
web site will be moved to the final resting place listed above.

Also, this is the first ExCom meeting in which we will use the Dimdim product
for screen sharing and presentations.  You should have received instructions
for joining the on-line meeting in an email message.  We will continue to use
HighDef conferencing and Skype as usual for the audio part of the meeting.

I thank ExCom members who have submitted their reports prior
to the meeting according to the guidelines posted on the web. These reports
are posted to the web linked with the agenda. These written reports 
provide an important communication function for the region and 
also serve as the archival mechanism.

Since 1998, the Region 3 ExCom meeting announcements, agendas, and minutes have
been posted to the web under the structure

Under this space is a directory yyyy-mm or yyyy-m1m2 (yyyy is year, mm is month, 
m1m2 is month 1 and month 2 if the meeting spanned the boundary between months).
