Subject: SPC Report for August 2010 R3 ExCom Meeting
 
The SPC has finalized the R3 Operations Manual Revision 15 July 2010.  The proposed changes were sent to the R3 ExCom on 5 June 2010 for their review and comment.  All proposed changes received by 25 June 2010 were incorporated and the finalized revision was sent to the R3 ExCom on 16 July 2010 in preparation for the ExCom's endorsement at our August meeting.
