SoutheastCon 2012 Report

Previous conference financial reports are being analyzed to develop the budget
for the 2012 conference.

Target benefactors/exhibitors have been identified and invitations are being
prepared to send to them. For most of these, specific offices and decision
makers must be identified for the invitations. The Harris Infosource database
will be ideal for that, if the information can be extracted.

A conference concentration bank account will be set up, with the $5,000 seed
money each from the Orlando section and Region 3. That will cover the
lettershop expenses to prepare the solicitations.

An exhibitor's contract is being developed.

Volunteers are being sought as papers reviewers. Some local volunteers have
already responded.

A combined papers processing and registration package for the conference is
anticipated; Sean Haynes is working on this.
