Strategic Planning Committee Report

At the spring meeting in Nashville, reports covered work being done to update
the Region 3 conference manual and the Region 3 Operations Manual. The list of
mentors was updated.

All SPC members were asked to review the Region 3 Strategic Plan for suggested
changes to be recommended.

It is not clear whether there will be another meeting of the SPC in connection
with the Region 3 Excom meeting the day before Sections Congress or if that
meeting will be deferred until the fall Region 3 meeting to be held later.
