The meeting will be a combination teleconference / e-conference using the Dimdim. Connection information will be distributed by e-mail.
All members are expected to use both telephone and the conference tool. Information will be presented by voice but speaking requests, votes, URLs and other information will be communicate by the e-conference tool. The telephone number and access code as well as the URL to the conference tool are being distributed by e-mail.
