IEEE SoutheastCon 2012 Report

As of March 1, 546 rooms had been reserved at the Wyndham Orlando Resort for
the conference. This is 91 percent of the room block. The hotel advised that
it wold still take reservations at the conference rate after expiration of the
time when it is required to do so.

There are 52 teams registered for the hardware competition, 25 software teams,
and ten teams expected for the ethics competition.

There are 27 technical sessions and 20 papers in the poster session.

Two free tutorials will be offered on Thursday afternoon, on Functional
Networks and Control Mobile Robotics.
