Conference Committee Report for 10/15/12

I am going to JAX to meet with the SoutheastCon 2013 committee the end of this
month.

I am still waiting for information from Jamaica that Director Green had
requested I ask for.

I am still working on the new SoutheastCon Ops Manual. Director Green has
given some input, but no other responses to my request for input or volunteers
has been received.

I am still working on a Region 3 conference services flyer to be sent to all
conferences scheduled in Region 3.

Don Hill will provide information in regards to SoutheastCon 2011. I will be
generating a corrective action report to be delivered at the Region 3 meeting
in Jacksonville.
