IEEE Region 3 Committee
April 2013

My schedule for publishing the next three issues of the Region 3 newsletter
are is listed below.

I will work with Director Green for a theme for each release. However, all
articles that you would like to share with the volunteers, including
student branches, or the region (winter issue) will be accepted.

I would like to encourage student branch volunteers to participate by
providing articles.

Spring/summer 2013
 call for articles - April (e-notice being assembled now)
 articles due - 1st week of May
 target release - mid to late May
 audience - region volunteers

Fall 2013
 call for articles - August
 articles due - 1st week of September
 target release - mid to late September
 audience - region volunteers

Winter 2014
 call for articles - April (e-notice being assembled now)
 articles due - 1st week of December
 target release - mid January
 audience - all region members


Note: I have one box of each Winter 2012 and Winter 2013 newsletters. Each
box contains ~100 printed newsletters. These extras were printed for
promoting the region. Contact me if you would like to use them at a region
conference.
