IEEE Region 3 Area 2 NC Council Report for December 10, 2013

Elections of 2014 NC Council Officers have been completed.
Please join me in welcoming and congratulating the incoming
2014  IEEE NC Council officers:

   Chair:         Paul  Goodson
   Vice Chair:  Bill Williams
   Secretary:   Brian Kowald
   Treasurer:   Bill Yang
   Past Chair:  Tom Weldon

I would also like to thank our outgoing officers for their outstanding
service last year, including our Vice Chair Rajeev Agrawal, our Secretary
Valentina Cecchi, our Treasurer Ken Pigg, and our Past Chair, Jim Corr.
Also, special thanks to Jim Corr for organizing elections through the
vTools software.  We are well on our way to transitioning to our new
leadership team.

In addition, I would like to thank Director Green and all the Region 3 leadership.
It has been a pleasure to have worked with such a dedicated team of volunteers
for the past two years during my tenure as Area 2, NC Council, Chair.
