Welcome to Director Randall and her 2014 ExCom. Thanks to the N&A Committee
members Lee Stogner, Bill Harrison, and Bill Ratcliff who worked with
Director-Elect Conrad and myself to support Director Randall's development
of the 2014 ExCom.

I have written a review of the Region 3 Team's accomplishments in 2012-13 for
the Region 3 Newsletter and History Chair Hickman has graciously agreed to
take it as input to update the Region 3 History document that he maintains.
Thanks to all involved for your efforts.

I am looking forward to working on exciting things in 2014 with you!
