SECon 2014 Section Support Coordinator Report

In 2013 section support trip were made to NW Florida and Mobile Sections.  In
addition to providing meeting programs, these sections were introduced to the
range of support functions available from Region 3.

I continue to be the featured speaker at Student Branch meetings and SPACs.
The strategy is to acquaint students with the valuable role that IEEE
membership and participation can play in their individual career plans.  These
talks have been very well received.

Currently I am investigating the status of the Tri Cities and Savannah River
Sections.  I have not had replies to my contact efforts to date. If anyone has
a good connection in one of these sections, I would appreciate an
introduction.
