Here is the latest report on the MOVE truck, which has occupied
much of my volunteer effort over the past weeks.

The training at SoutheastCon 2016 was successful.  The components
that I installed for the power system are working.  The truck is
able to keep its batteries charged from the solar power panels on
its roof.  The solar charge controller and the inverter are working
properly.

Last week Butch Shadwell activated the satellite Internet service
subscription.  Now, the truck can produce a WiFi hot spot anywhere
it happens to be, even in a disaster area that has no working
infrastructure.  One piece of information that I presented at the
training at SoutheastCon 2016 turned out to be inaccurate.  The
start of a new day does NOT happen at midnight Eastern time.  It
does happen at midnight UTC.  I have modified the training document
to reflect this change.
