Here is the perfect chance to promote and market your firm and its products and services to IEEE members attending IEEE SoutheastCon 2008. This is the ideal opportunity for your firm not only to market to the IEEE community, but also to interactively network with IEEE members.

Exhibit booth space consists of:

• 10’ x 10’ booth space
• Table
• Two chairs
• One electrical outlet drop
• Pipe & drape for booth

Registration:

• Online registration using a credit card (only) is available at the following link, http://www.southeastcon.org/2008 . Coming Soon!
• U.S. mail. Payment requires submitting a check or purchase order (U.S. Dollars only). Please fill out the attached form and mail to:

• Please review additional event items at http://www.southeastcon.org/2008 . You can register for these items using the online registration form on the SoutheastCon website.

Contribution/Deadlines:

• $500 for early registration by or on March 1, 2008.
• $750 starting after March 1, 2008.
• Be sure to sign up early to ensure reservation of space.
• WE CAN ACCEPT NO CANCELLATIONS NOR PROVIDE REFUNDS.

Schedule:

• Thursday, April 3 – Setup
• Friday, April 4 & Saturday, April 5 – Exhibits Open
• Sunday, April 6 - Teardown
