IEEE Region 3 Student Technical Paper Contest

The IEEE Region 3 Student Technical Paper competition is held annually in conjunction with IEEE SoutheastCon.

Student Software Competition Guidelines

The student software competition challenges small teams of students to solve a set of programming problems in a limited amount of time. The specific software problems are not announced until the start of the competition.

The IEEE SoutheastCon 2008 student software competition is planned to be hosted on-site at Von Braun Center (subject to change).

IEEE Ethics Competition

* Entry DEADLINE: MARCH 7th, 2008 *

Sponsored by the IEEE Ethics & Member Conduct Committee, the IEEE Student Ethics Competition was developed for use at IEEE student events to encourage the study of professional ethics by IEEE undergraduate and graduate student members. The competition involves teams of students presenting and defending a case analysis.

The entry deadline for the IEEE Student Ethics Competition is 01-March-2008.
