Notes:
Full registration rate covers the
registration of one paper. Additional papers
registered under the same author will be $150
per paper.
Each paper requires at least one
registration at regular rate, even a student is
the sole author.
Student Paper Competition paper submission
is limited to one paper per student branch, and
the main author(s) has to be (an) undergraduate
student(s).
Papers submitted for student paper competition are not required to pay full registration. For details see student program section.
Discounts for students and life members, only $90 and includes two meals.
Special registration rate for the Region Committee. Registration is only $225
If you are a section chair or you are representing the chair for the region meeting, you should register as a member of the region committee.
Everyone that is registered is entitled to attend the Awards Banquet on Saturday night, April 6 at 6pm. This event will include the final round of the student robotic competition and all awards presentations.
All registration rates go up to the onsite level after March 1, 2013
