G&Os for SPC for 2005

1.  Update Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2006+ by 12-1-05, revising Reg 3 
     goals and objectives as appropriate.

2.  Post the Reg 3 Strategic Plan 2006+ to the Web by 12-15-05.

3.  Assign mentors to each Reg. 3 Committee by 12-15-04.  Mentors will 
     strongly encourage their committees to prepare tactical plans by 2-15-05.

4.  Study and implement as feasible or appropriate the recommendations 
     from the 2004 Strategic Planning Retreat.

5.  Review Reg 3 structure and recommend combining or elimination 
     of committees where appropriate by 12-1-05.

6.  Update the Reg 3 History by 10-1-05.

7.  Review Reg 3 Bylaws for changes by 6-1-05.  Draft needed updates
     by 9-1-05.  Approve updates by 12-1-05.

8.  Review Reg 3 Operations Manual for changes by 6-1-05.  Draft
     needed updates by 9-1-05.  Approve updates by 12-1-05.

9.  Hold at least one SPC e-conference.
