January 2003 Fellows |
| Congratulations to
all the new Jan 1, 2003 Fellows as reported by Jennifer Guida; IEEE Fellow
Program; 445 Hoes Lane.
The report gives a brief and small sample of
how the Societies recognize professional development within IEEE Sections
(Community).
As it stands today, the IEEE Grade of Fellow
is conferred by the Board of Directors upon a person with an extraordinary
record of accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest. A brief
citation is issued to new Fellows describing their accomplishments and the
total number selected in any one year does not exceed one-tenth percent of
the total voting Institute membership.
