What is Micro Mouse?
* A small robotic mouse that can find its way through a 16x16 square maze.
Competition takes place in NEA every spring approximately in April.
What are benefits?
* Team work, use of interdisciplinary skills. Application of course skills to a project.
* Award money (in 2012 1st prize was $750, second was $500 and third was $250)

We have been happy that the North West Area of IEEE Region 6 has chosen to hold their competition with us in the NE Area in past years. We have also had participation from high school teams at our contests. Teams from the NW Area and any other non-NE Area teams are welcome to participate in the future.
