Dear Region 9 Section & Council Chairs,
The Region 9 Executive Committee cordially invites you to attend our Annual
Regional Meeting.
Region 9 2008 Meeting (RR2008) will be held al the City of Punta del Este,
Uruguay, from 26 to 29 March, 2008. The venue of the meeting will be the Conrad
Punta del Este, Resort & Casino. Complete address and directions for getting to
the hotel are included in this message.
We are sending in this mail, FAQ V2.0 for your attention. We are also enclosing
Registration Forms that should be sent back by February 22, 2008, to the
attention of both Ing. Gustavo Giannattasio
(gianna@ieee.org), Chairman of the Organizing Committee of RR 2008 and Ing.
Fernando Tavera (ftavera@reduno.com.mx),
Regional Secretary; also included is a document Treasurer Information,
containing details about which costs are assumed by Region 9 and which are
covered by the participant or its Section.
A Preliminary Agenda will be released soon in our R9 Webpage:

Section & Council Chairman must sent the following reports to the attention of
the Regional Director, Enrique E. Alvarez

- Section or Council Roster 2008
- Financial Report 2007, Form L50
Please send reports for inclusion on the RR2008 CD by February 22, 2008.
