• Organised ‘Orcad Workshop’ on 13th January at GHRCE. Participants were 39 in number.
• Extempore Competition was held at GHRCE on 18th February 2005. 26 students participated.
• IEEE Student branch conducted ‘Technology 2010’ Power point presentation competition on 25th february 2005 at GHRCE. Number of participants were 30.
• Seminar on ‘Global Positioning System’ by Mr.Chaudhary, Technical Head, ADDC, Nagpur was organised on 9th March 2005 at GHRCE. 150 students attended the seminar.
• Participated in Workshop on Advances in Microelectronics on 29th & 30th January 2005 at VNIT.
• Participated in ‘Wireless Mobile Communication Workshop’ on 26th February 2005 at VNIT, Nagpur. Number of Participants were 12 from GHRCE.
• Participated in seminar on Hardware/Software Co-Design of ‘MPEG4 Video Decoder’ on Excalibur Chip and the FPGA Implementation for LDPC Encoder/Decoder at VNIT, Nagpur on 11th February. Number of participants were 12 from GHRCE.
• Participated in Region 10 Website Competition under Asia Pacific organized By Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Tokyo Denki University, Japan on 10th March 2005. IEEE Students were actively involved in this competition & IEEE GHRCE stood 10th in R-10, 5th in INDIA.
• Organised Guest Lecture on Wireless Communication By Mr. Bose, CEO, Bose Radios on 8th March 2006 for Third year Students of Electronics & Telecommunication.
• Organised National Level Tech Fest ‘ERIKA‘ by Department of Electrical Engineering under the prestigious banner of IEEE.
• Organised Bread Board competition for making various circuits under IEEE.
• Organised ‘C language’ Programming competition for 2nd year students of GHRCE.
