The event comprises of seminars and guest speaker sessions provide a bridge between the industry and the young professionals. This event will introduce students to the technologies of the future and at the same time providing them an opportunity to groom their overall personality. The event will also provide a platform for the interaction of IEEE Student Branches of Karachi at seminars of both technical and non-technical nature. 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. Download the form from the website http://ewh.ieee.org/sb/karachi/neduet/  after reading the terms and conditions.
2. Mark the seminars you are interested to attend(Maximum 5).
3. The Registration form can be opened by Adobe Reader 7 and later versions.
4. The registration form supports form feed, so please fill the pdf file and save it.
5. Submit the duly filled form at excom.ieeened@gmail.com latest by August 6, 2009.
6. Soon after the submission of your form, you?ll receive a confirmation mail. Please bring a printout of this mail while submitting your registration fees.
7. Also remember to bring this printout (signed by the cashier) on the event day.
8. Registration to all the seminars will be on first come basis as seats are limited.

NOTE: No guest will be allowed to enter the venue without the printout of the confirmation mail signed by the cashier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The registration committee has the right to cancel your registration if your details provided are found incorrect or for any other reason without any prior notice.
2. The registration committee has the right to place you in any other session if your preferred session is already full.
3. You will be allowed to attend only those seminars to which you have registered. Any breach in this regard shall not be entertained.
4. In case of misconduct or lack of punctuality, you may be asked to leave the venue.
5. No attendee will be allowed to change his/her sessions on the event day.
6. Organizing committee reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the event without any prior notice.
7. Organizing committee reserves the right to change the date of the event without any prior notice.
8. Registration fees is non-refundable
9. No certificate shall be provided to any attendee for any seminar.
