Induction Program – Benefits Of IEEE dated on September 14th 2016

The session was arranged by the IEEE SB and WIE, RAS and CS societies of JIT in order to motivate the first year students towards IEEE on 14-09-2016. And it is started off with the arrival of the chief guest Mr.SolomonSagar/ YP member, and he was felicitated by the HOD of mechanical department Dr.Venkatamuni.

The Executive Committee members were introduced by SB chair Mr.Jamal Mohamad. ThenMr.SolomonSagar started his speech by explaining the advantages of IEEE and he continued the session with his own IEEE experience. He said that IEEE helped him to gain administrative skills, time management, writing blogs and no stage fear. The speech of Mr.Solomon was interesting and motivating. Then the session was taken by the EXECOM members of JIT. They explained the role of each EXECOM member, benefits and benefits in IEEE. The session became more interesting when the EXECOM members shared their own experience. Finally questions were asked to students on the session and goodies were given to the volunteered students. Everyone found the session to be interesting and on the whole the session enlightened the minds of all the students.
