IEEE Day Celebration – 2K16 dated on September 28th 2016

The workshop on PROJECT EXPO 2K16 was held at Jeppiaar Institute of Technology on 21st September 2016 which was conducted by IEEE Student Branch. The workshop was organized and coordinated by Ms.Rehmad Nisha.B and Mr.Vignesh.D .The students from various colleges and various places came far down to exhibit the talents in their expertise areas. The ideas and cognition of the students were astonishing and the models demonstrated by them was innovative which are yet to be patterned.

Twenty one (21) teams of totally 53 students from different institutions were participated. The PROJECT EXPO 2K16 gave a great platform to exhibit the talents of Engineering skills in practical life. Thus on the whole, from the workshop our students as well as other participants had a great chance to explore their knowledge and experience. Our Director Dr.N.Marie Wilson addressed the gathering in valedictory function gave an inspirational talk to students to do more project and come up with more innovative ideas. The students were awarded for the best project with cash price of Rs.3000, 2000, 1000 for Securing 1st, 2nd & 3rd place respectively.
