How to Complaint?


First Step: go to

Second Step: click on web account icon (at the top of the webpage)

Third Step: click on the 'Contact Member Services' (at the left of the webpage)

For assistance with IEEE memberships, Society memberships or subscriptions, please complete the help form.

Fourth step: fill up the form completely (must include your mailing address)

fifth step: explain your problems in detail.

ex1: I do not receive Spectrum Magazine for June and July 2004.

ex2 : I do not receive my membership card. Please send a new one to me.

ex3 : I do not know my membership number.

Please identify the type of assistance you need:  

  • change address/contact information
  • Join/cancel membership or pricing information
  • add/cancel the subscription or pricing information
  • verify status of membership application
  • request membership invoice/receipt
  • request missing publication
  • order book, IEEE standard, or conference proceedings
  • insurance or credit card information
  • other
