Between the Central Seat of New York and the Peru Section, by where the scientific and technological information can run towards Peru, considering that the IEEE is the greater professional society of the world, with more than 350 thousand members that produce but of 15% of all technical publications of the world in the field of the electricity, radio, electronics and computation; counting in addition with more than 35 specialized technical societies.
