Micron Engineering Presentation, February 19, 2007

On February 19, Micron will be back to discuss the latest developments in the semiconductor world. After their presentation, you will be able to talk to the engineering professionals and Micron will be accepting resumes. This event will be located in COWDN 215 at 3:30pm.

Start of the Year General Meeting, February 7, 2007

Come to our start of the year general meeting! We wanted to begin this year by allowing you to be involve in the great activities that will be going on this year. During this time you will be able to meet our officers, and see which positions are currently open in our branch. We will be accepting resumes for those positions. This meeting will take place in PSY 102 at 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. We will see you there!

Join us in our upcoming Student-Faculty-Industry mixer. This is an informal event which ASU students can chat with university faculty, and other industry engineers from around the country. The mixer provides students with an opportunity to develop ties with industry professionals, while having a great time. Companies that attended last years mixer were Freescale, Intel, General Dynamics, Raytheon, and SRP. This event will be located at the Hayden Lawn between 10:00am-2:00pm.

IEEE LED Art Contest, November 16, 2006

IEEE will be sponsoring a Led Art contest. For this contest the person who has the most creative and inspiring masterpiece will win $400. The Led creations must be turned in front of the ERC at 1pm on November 16th. These projects will be judged by faculty and IEEE officers.

Engineering Awareness Day, October 9, 2006

On October 9, 2006 between 10:00am and 2:00pm, stop by our booth on Tyler Mall and learn more about IEEE, and how this organization or others can benefit you.

Micron Presentation, September 20, 2006

On September 20 at 3:30 pm, Micron will be joining us in room 304 of the Social Sciences Building. They will be discussing of the importance of the Semiconductor industry and how Micron as a company is changing this field. After the presentation, you will be able to talk to these representatives and learn about the many internship possibilities for the next summer. Food will be provided.

Resume Workshop, April 12, 2006

Learn how to create a professional resume, and land that dream job. Patti Culley will be speaking, she is the internship coordinator at the Career Services and has aided students make smart career choices for the past five years. This event will be held in the Coconino Room (MU 224) from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.

Intel Fabrication Facility Tour, March 1, 2006
