faxed to you immediately.
POSTERS AND MIXER ADVERTISING: If you would like to mail posters to advertise the event, please
mail them to the above address.
TRANSPORTING YOUR COMPANY BOOTH: Many companies set up a booth at the
mixer. Please feel
free to fed-ex your company booth to the above address. We will make sure that it is brought to the

Can we sponsor a seminar?
Definitely! We request that seminars remain technical and address technology trends and opportunities
at your company. Multiple speakers - each addressing a specific topic are highly encouraged. We request
an abstract and a bio from speakers. A copy of the presentation is also appreciated. These are used for
advertising the seminar on our web site. Please let us know your media requirements as soon as possible.
Can we contribute to the raffle?
The raffling of company donated door prizes is one of the most exciting parts of the mixer. In the past we have
raffled off Dell computers, PDAs, digital cameras, CD/DVD writers, USB memory sticks, CDs, DVDs, t-shirts etc.
Please let us know if there is anything you would like to contribute to the raffle. We would like to advertise special
items well in advance.
Is there any other information that should be provided?
It would be helpful to us if we know ahead of time what areas you are hiring in. This will help us advertise to students
in specific areas.
